The route took us 3hrs and 20 mins, which included stops for water and taking photos.
It started at the village carpark which is opposite the church and by the picnic site. (There is a water fountain at the picnic site)
The route then went uphill out of the village and followed the hillside with some uphill sections till we dropped down to the valley on the South side of Arminou reservoir.
Then the route followed the river valley for several km's, before crossing the river. (we had a paddle)
After which there is a long steep climb of about an hour back to the village.
