Foinikas 7KM Circular

This route took me along the shore of the Askropremmos Reservoir and through the abandoned Templar village of Foinikas.
There wasn't much parking at the start of the walk. Which started at a track which intersects with the road up to the water treatment plant.
The route took me on a very shallow incline up the edge of the valley then there was a very steep track that wound down to the same level as the lake. The wide track then continued to the templar village, but it had a steep uphill section of around 50M.
The return leg was similar but the climb back up to the water treatment works was longer but less steep. the top of which took me past the water treatment plant and back down the road to the start point.
