Koili Circular 11KM

This walk had much more scenery than I expected. Quite a pleasant walk and a little challenging.
The route started at the Tala-Koili View point. The wide track from there went up hill for approximately 2KM. It levelled off a little but still headed upwards, then I turned right and headed up to Koili village. Once I got to the main road in the village the route took me immediately left as though I was coming back on myself.
For the next couple of KM the route was down hill or level with panoramic views and vines. It was very pleasant, especially in the morning.
There were a few tricky turning points so I had to make sure I was zoomed into the map to pick up the detail.
Eventually I turned right and headed up a gully back up to the village. This was a very steep ascent but the surface was very good, track and tarmac. The ascent was a couple of KM in length, once at the top the track levelled out into the village and then there was another steep section through the village. I then turned right and followed a track around the village past a church with a bell tower. Eventually arriving at the main road where I turned right, The last few KM's were on tarmac road. On the descent back to the start there were panoramic views.
