St Athen to Ogmore Castle
This is a beautiful walk with area's of forest, cliff top's and farm land. The Three Cup's in Southerndown is where we stopped for lunch. The return via the 303 bus from Ogmore Castle can be caught by flagging the bus down on the opposite side of the road from the bus shelter.
